SUMMARY:Blue Marble perspectives on intergenerational evaluation for transf
 ormation
DESCRIPTION:As part of Youth in Evaluation Week\, this event will bring to
 gether perspectives\, stories and lessons from our collaboration working on
  the Food Systems Summit to explore how intergenerational evaluation can be
  informed by\, and inform\, the principles of Blue Marble Evaluation. In pa
 rticular\, we will explore the following principles and questions:\n\nCross
 -silos Principle: Connect across sectors and issues. How can intergenerati
 onal evaluation contribute to an expanded definition of what working across
  silos means for Blue Marble evaluation?\n\nYin-yang Principle: Harmonize c
 onceptual opposites. How can intergenerational evaluation support us to se
 ek out and engage with different perspectives\, integrate divisions\, trans
 cend boundaries\, and overcome polarities?\n\nGlocal Principle: Integrate i
 nterconnections across levels (local\, national\, regional\, global). How 
 can intergenerational evaluation support an exploration of how people\, inf
 ormation\, and resources flow from local to global\, and global to local?\n
 \nWe hope this event will generate concrete ideas for how to implement Blue
  Marble evaluation through an intergenerational lens in support of transfor
