I had the pleasure of facilitating a "Solutions Salon" at the Minnesota International NGO Summit in Minneapolis last week. This was a space for evaluators to share their challenges and to workshop and crowd-source possible solutions. We explored challenges with regards to use, measurement, methods, technology and culure in the context of International development.
